Receive, store and issue of Food, Beverage & General store inventory Items.
Maintain a proper Par level for all storeroom products.
Re-ordering of all storeroom items in time.
Monitoring the expiry date of the store items & inform accordingly to the immediate supervisor.
Maintaining necessary records with accuracy of information and should follow always FIFO method of issuing.
Maintaining inventory of supplies on a monthly basis.
Enter data into inventory records.
Maintain a high level of cleanness and hygienic standards in all storage areas.
Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
Perform related duties and responsibilities as required, but are not limited to the above
Any other tasks assigned by the Purchasing Manager and Supervisor.
RequirementsEducational
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma is typically required.
- Previous
Experience:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a store keeping, warehouse, or inventory management role.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accurately tracking inventory, ensuring stock is correctly logged, and verifying that the correct quantities are received and dispatched.
- Organizational
Skills:
Ability to manage different types of stock efficiently—this could include everything from animal feed and veterinary supplies to guest-related items such as linens, food and beverage stock, and maintenance materials. - Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and efficiently managing time, especially during busy periods when restocking is necessary
