• Assist in the preparation of high-quality baked goods following established recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area at all times.
• Support senior chefs in the preparation and execution of baking tasks.
• Observe and monitor baking processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Measure and combine ingredients accurately as directed by the senior chefs.
• Participate in inventory management by assisting in stock checks and ordering supplies.
• Operate kitchen tools and bakery equipment safely and efficiently as directed.
• Comply with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
• Assist in the creation and decoration of pastries and breads under guidance.
• Contribute ideas and participate in the development of new bakery items.
• Assist in the packaging and presentation of baked goods for sale or delivery.
• Ensure timely cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and bakery equipment.

• Completion of a culinary school program with a focus on baking preferred.
• Previous experience in a bakery or food preparation role is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of baking techniques and food safety regulations.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and multitask efficiently in a busy kitchen.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage workload effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally within a team environment.
