As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing top-quality service to customers, ensuring a positive dining experience. You will interact directly with guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive, providing a friendly and attentive experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints about professionalism and courtesy.
• Upsell additional items, such as desserts or beverages, to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, and provide recommendations to guests.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning tables.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
