Key Responsibilities
* Perform tasks to service food and beverage according to hotel standards.
* Greet and seat customers, serving them in a professional and personalized manner.
* Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist guests.
* Monitor the quality of food & beverage being served.
* Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet.
* Actively use up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.## Requirements
* Ideally, a diploma / degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
* Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high volume restaurant is preferred.
* Good command of English; additional skills like guest service and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Passion for people and service with a positive attitude.
