Private Chef

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and discreet Private Chef to prepare high-quality daily meals in a private household. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, kitchen management, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, nutrition, and confidentiality.

• Plan and prepare daily meals according to household preferences and dietary requirements
• Develop varied, healthy, and well-balanced menus
• Source fresh ingredients and manage grocery shopping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen at all times
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Adjust menus for special occasions, guests, or events as required
• Minimize food waste and manage inventory efficiently
• Respect privacy and maintain strict confidentiality at all times

• Proven experience as a Private Chef
  , Personal Chef, or in a high-end restaurant
• Strong knowledge of international and/or specific cuisines such as Arabic and Lebanese
• Ability to cater to dietary needs (e.g. healthy meals, allergies, special diets)
• Excellent hygiene and food safety practices
• Professional, discreet, and well-presented
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Valid residency status in the UAE (or ability to transfer visa)

• Culinary certification or formal training
• Experience working in private households or with VIP clients
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy meal planning
• Flexibility in working hours when required
