You will assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. You will supervise the assigned station or section of the outlet kitchen, preparing consistent, high‑quality products and ensuring courteous, professional, flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.

• Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Partie or 3‑4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards, preferably luxury international brands
• Solid knowledge of kitchen hygiene // //
• Basic computer skills in MS Office噜噜 ಮತ್ತು Recipe Maintenance System (preferred)
• Knowledge of Kitchen Production or Management (advantage)
