Daikan Izakaya, Galleria Mall is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing staff, and optimizing overall performance to create a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Provide strong leadership and direction to the restaurant team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, ensuring smooth service and high standards of quality.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance. Develop training programs to enhance skills and ensure adherence to service standards.
- Customer
Experience:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by interacting with guests, addressing concerns effectively, and enhancing overall dining experiences. - Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Inventory Control: Supervise inventory management and ordering processes, ensuring appropriate stock levels to support daily operations.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for the dining experience.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
