We are seeking an experienced Property Manager, on behalf of our client who is a leading global real estate services firm based out of Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities Property Management
  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
  • Manage tenant relationships, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Monitor and control property expenses, approving expenditures and ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Collect rent and manage arrears, implementing collection strategies as needed.
Leasing and Marketing
  • Work with leasing teams to market vacant spaces and negotiate lease terms.
  • Prepare lease agreements and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are ready for viewings.
Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, including occupancy rates, financial performance, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of property management experience, in the UAE real estate market is essential

Education: Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market trends.
