We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join Tanami Properties. In this role, you will actively handle both off-plan property sales and secondary market (resale) transactions, guiding investors and end-users toward the most suitable real estate opportunities in Dubai.

• Sell and lease off-plan and secondary market residential and commercial properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, sellers, and developers
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, pricing strategies, and market trends
• Conduct property presentations, viewings, and negotiations
• Attend project launches, site visits, and represent the company at real estate events
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Proven sales experience (real estate experience in off-plan or secondary market is preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and investors
