Job Overview

Property Consultant
, you will be one of the core revenue drivers of the business, advising clients, converting qualified leads, and closing property transactions. You will leverage your sales expertise, preferably in real estate and/or luxury retail, to actively grow our client base and portfolio. The ideal candidate will be commercially sharp, confident in client conversations, fluent in English, and bonus if you speak any European language.

What

you’ll do
  • Manage qualified leads from enquiry to closing
  • Conduct property presentations, viewings and follow-up calls
  • Identify client requirements and match them to suitable inventory
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and offers between buyers & sellers / landlords & tenants
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting on sales progress
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 1 year proven sales experience (real estate or luxury sales preferred)
  • Strong consultative selling & closing skills
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a strong advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building ability
  • Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working with KPIs
