Quality Controller: Fmcg

We are a leading FMCG company committed to delivering high-quality products and upholding the highest standards in food safety and consumer satisfaction. Our team is expanding, and we are currently seeking a detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our Abu Dhabi operations.

• Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor compliance with GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
• Perform lab testing, sampling, and sensory evaluations to ensure adherence to product specifications.
• Collaborate with production and packaging departments to ensure corrective actions are taken when quality deviations are detected.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and reports on inspections, audits, and non-conformances.
• Ensure hygiene and sanitation protocols are followed in all stages of production.
• Assist in internal and external audits, supporting quality certifications and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training to production staff on quality standards and safety measures.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a similar Quality Control/Assurance role within the FMCG sector.
• Hands-on experience with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and other food safety standards.
• Strong analytical and observational skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with QC tools and equipment.
