QA Specialist / Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Responsible for managing and overseeing Quality Control activities for Oil & Gas projects to ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, standards, and company quality requirements during engineering, construction, and commissioning phases.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage QC teams at site and office.
Implement and maintain the Project Quality Control system
.Ensure construction and installation activities comply with codes, standards, and project specifications
.Review and approve ITPs, procedures, method statements
, and QC documentation.Supervise and monitor site inspections, testing, and verification activities
.Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, QA, HSE, and Client representatives
.Review, issue, and close NCRs
, corrective and preventive actions.Monitor subcontractors’ QC performance and compliance.
Participate in internal, client, and third-party audits
.Prepare and review QC reports, dashboards, and quality records
.Support pre-commissioning and commissioning quality activities.
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or relevant technical discipline preferred).
Minimum 20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas projects (EPC, construction, shutdowns).
Strong knowledge of international standards (API, ASME, ASTM, ISO).
Proven leadership and coordination skills.
