** What you will do
** You will work with operations teams in execution of the Projects including submission of QAQC Documents, review of vendor documents, issuance of RFI's, coordinate with client and vendors for inspection and be responsible for submission of Final Dossier. You will also provide input to sales during pre-bid stage for quality requirements.
** How you will do
*** To coordinate with construction and project teams to ensure all procedures are correct.
* To study contract specifications, where applicable, and prepare project quality plan (PQP), inspection & test plan (ITP), and/or method statements for the projects. To monitor implementation of IMS/QMS Procedures, PQP, ITP and method statements and report deviations from management system/ contractual requirements of the projects.
* To check that all necessary inspections and tests, as required of the project and statutory regulations, are carried out and appropriate records are updated and maintained.
* To coordinate inspection activities with clients/ third party in accordance with approved ITP.
* To coordinate quality activities between principal contractors, subcontractors and any other individual parties who may be working on the same site.
* To ensure close-out of all field snags within the time frame agreed with the client.
* To participate in site level quality meetings with the project team and the customers.
* To inspect incoming materials, in-process and final products.
* To identify nonconformities in materials, products, processes, procedures & site installation works and reporting the nonconformities in the nonconformity report.
* To verify implementation of corrective & preventive actions against the nonconformities and reporting results to QA/QC Manager & concerned operations managers, if necessary.
* To ensure that all equipments, tools and materials comply with the project quality requirements and that the personnel have been adequately trained to use them safely.
* To prepare and maintain necessary quality reports/ records and prepare final quality dossiers for final submission to the clients.
* To identify non-calibrated Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipments (IMET's) and make arrangements with Calibration agencies for timely calibration of the IMTE's.
* To be conversant with the company QHSE procedures & policies and ensure that all the people on the site observe and implement them.
* To organize Site QHSE inspection and maintain inspection records at site.
* To organize and conduct QA/QC trainings as advised by Manager.
* To conduct QHSE inspection/ audits, prepare inspection/ audit report and issue report to the concerned for necessary actions. Also to participate in client QHSE audits/ inspections.
* To liaise with client representative concerning quality matters on site.
* To submit weekly report and requested information/ statistics to Manager for the preparation of quality reports.
* To liaise with company Manager for all aspects of quality.
