Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team and provide excellent patient care. As a vital member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. - Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history and current health status evaluations.

- Monitor and document patients' vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care.
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and documentation following policy standards.
- Assist in medical procedures and provide post‑operative care and support to patients.
- Respond promptly to patient queries and emergency situations with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and medical protocols.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection‑control protocols.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is required.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Strong organizational and critical‑thinking abilities are essential for this role.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and patient management systems.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting patients when necessary.
