Position: Registered Nurse 06M26

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary clinical skills to provide quality patient care and will play an integral role in ensuring the health and well‑being of our patients. As an RN, you will be expected to utilize your professional expertise to assess patient conditions, implement patient care plans, and collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional medical support.

The position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' health conditions by conducting thorough physical examinations and assessments.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans based on individual needs and medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in their health status promptly.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards of practice for nurses.
  • Participate in training sessions and continuous education to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
  • Provide emotional support and empathetic care to patients and their families during recovery.
  • Assist in emergency situations by staying calm and executing prompt and efficient care measures.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and new nurses when needed to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, without restrictions.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field required.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of patient care procedures and hospital safety standards.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills to assess patient health and make decisive actions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems to document patient information precisely.
