Danat Al Emarat is a world-class specialty women’s and children’s hospital in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. It offers advanced medical services across specialties including Neonatology, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Women’s Health. The hospital is one of the very few to encompass a dedicated Fetal Medicine Department along with a full-fledged Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the UAE. This has established Danat Al Emarat as a regional referral center for women with high‑risk pregnancies, supported by its Level III NICU providing care for the most fragile newborns.

Registered Nurse to join our Paediatric Urgent Care. Danat Al Emarat Hospital, part of M42’s Global Patient Care platform, is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Paediatric Urgent Care team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for an experienced paediatric nurse who thrives in a fast‑paced urgent care environment and is passionate about delivering safe, high‑quality, family‑centered care to infants, children, and adolescents.
Responsibilities- Work in a state-of-the-art pediatric urgent care facility
- Care for children with acute and urgent conditions in a safe, child‑friendly environment
- Provide safe, evidence‑based urgent care to pediatric patients
- Perform rapid assessments, triage, and escalation of care as required
- Deliver compassionate, family‑centred care and patient education
- Collaborate closely with physicians and allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with DOH/DHA and JCI standards
- 2+ years experience as Registered Nurse in Pediatrics Urgent Care
- Experience in Pediatrics, ER, Urgent Care, or Acute Care preferred
- Valid nursing/clinical license and eligibility for DOH/DHA licensure
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
