Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our dynamic team. As part of our organization in Abu Dhabi, you'll work in an ON-SITE environment delivering patient-centered care and collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced nursing skills within specialized fields, bring in-depth experience with UAE healthcare systems, and contribute to innovation in areas such as precision medicine and preventive care.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care while upholding patient safety and ethical standards.
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Support implementation of advanced care protocols, including precision medicine and preventive services.
- Mentor, train, and support junior staff and new team members.
- Efficiently manage patient documentation and utilize healthcare software for accurate record-keeping.
- Adhere strictly to UAE healthcare guidelines and institutional policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing success of our department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
- 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a specialized area such as precision medicine or preventive care.
- Registered Nurse (RN) credentials and licensed to practice or eligible to practice in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Strong familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and patient safety standards is preferred.
- High proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare software platforms.
- Skill in interpreting diagnostics and wearable data for clinical decisions.
- Knowledge of precision medicine principles and patient monitoring technologies.
