Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 16/02/2026

The Mission We are recruiting a highly capable medical professional from the Gulf region's premier facilities for a permanent role aboard a luxury superyacht. Your core responsibility is the 1:1 care of an 80-year-old VIP, ensuring their health is optimized while the vessel cruises the Mediterranean . You will navigate a premier itinerary, from the glamorous French Riviera (Cannes, St. Tropez) to the pristine waters of Corsica and Sardinia , ensuring hospital-grade support follows the client to every destination.

The Team You will not be working in isolation. This role is embedded within a fully staffed medical department led by a Lead British Doctor and supported by specialized Physiotherapists . You will work alongside a cohesive team of Western-trained nurses, providing a structured and professional clinical environment.

The Safety To guarantee patient safety and staff longevity, we operate a strict double-nurse shift system . This ensures that your workload is sustainable and that you have guaranteed rest periods. This structure allows you to maintain the high level of alertness required for elite care without the risk of fatigue common in solo private roles.

The Process We value efficiency. The initial recruitment phase is conducted entirely via a secure online interview platform , allowing you to showcase your expertise from Abu Dhabi (or your current location) before any travel is required.
