Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Hours: 4–5 days per week | 12-hour shifts | 216 hours per month (18 shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and nights)
Salary & BenefitsSalary: Up to AED 9,000 (all-inclusive, depending on experience)

You will be providing essential nursing care to patients in their own homes—supporting individuals who are elderly, recovering from surgery, recently discharged from hospital, or living with serious illnesses.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering daily care and emotional support to patients and their families
- Monitoring and evaluating patient conditions and treatment plans
- Administering medications and managing wound care
- Liaising with doctors and medical teams
- Supporting patient recovery and comfort critical life stages
- Advocating for patient needs and preferences
- Gender: Female
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
- Licensing: Valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) licence. DHA-licensed candidates also welcome if eligible to transfer to DOH
- Language: Excellent verbal and written English
- Location: Candidates must already be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate from elsewhere in the UAE
- Special Preference: Applicants from a Pakistani background are highly encouraged to apply. For candidates based outside the UAE, we provide full support with licensing, registration, and relocation.
- Provide personal care and maintain patient hygiene
- Administer prescribed medications
- Take and monitor vital signs (e.g. blood pressure)
- Prevent and manage bedsores and mobility-related issues
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and physicians
- Educate patients and families on care procedures
- Ensure patient dignity, respect, and quality of life at all times
