Senior Associate - Communication and PR; UAE National

The Senior Associate – Corporate Communication & PR supports the execution of Modon’s corporate communications and public relations strategy. The role assists in day-to-day media relations, bilingual content development, and internal communication initiatives to strengthen Modon’s brand presence and reputation.

Working under the direction of the Manager – Corporate Communication & PR, the role ensures clear, consistent, and timely communication across all channels while maintaining strong relationships with media, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Support the implementation of corporate communication and PR plans aligned with Modon’s brand and business objectives.
• Draft and distribute press releases, speeches, Q&As, media statements, and briefing notes in both Arabic and English.
• Coordinate with PR agencies and media partners to support media coverage and manage journalist inquiries.
• Monitor news, social media, and industry developments to identify proactive PR opportunities.
• Maintain and update media lists, ensuring strong relationships with key local and regional outlets.
• Support crisis communication preparation, including drafting holding statements and media responses under the Manager’s direction.

• Assist in executing internal engagement initiatives including staff announcements, newsletters, leadership messages, and internal campaigns.
• Coordinate content and logistics for internal events such as town halls and corporate updates.
• Draft and edit internal communication materials in Arabic and English, ensuring consistency with Modon’s tone of voice and brand guidelines.

• Develop high-quality bilingual written materials including articles, speeches, corporate presentations, website content, and executive messaging.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across Arabic and English messaging, maintaining brand tone and positioning.
• Support the development of communication assets such as media kits, reports, fact sheets, and key message documents.
• Collaborate with design and digital teams to ensure communication materials are visually and contextually aligned.
• Track and compile media coverage reports including share of voice and sentiment analysis.
• Support preparation of regular communication performance reports.
• Maintain documentation of communication plans, approvals, and campaign outputs for internal reference.
• Work closely with Marketing, Campaigns, and Digital teams to ensure message consistency across platforms.
• Support the Manager in aligning communication initiatives with Modon’s broader corporate strategy and brand positioning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or media.
• Proven bilingual copywriting capability in Arabic and English with strong editing skills in both languages.
• Experience in corporate or agency environments, preferably within real estate, government, or large-scale development.
• Familiarity with UAE and regional media landscape.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management ability.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
