A growing educational organization in Abu Dhabi is looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute its digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement monthly content strategies
- Write engaging and strategic content
- Shoot and produce high-quality photo and video content
- Edit professional short-form videos (Reels & social media content)
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads)
- Track performance metrics and improve engagement and conversions
- Strengthen brand positioning across digital platforms
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Strong content writing skills
- Proficiency in video editing tools
- Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Creative, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset
- Portfolio is required
