Senior Marketing Manager

We are partnering with a government-aligned Prop Tech platform based in Abu Dhabi that is building the digital backbone of the emirate’s real estate sector.

The platform operates at ecosystem level, connecting developers, brokers, service providers and regulators through structured digital workflows, data integration and compliance-led systems.

You will be responsible for building and leading a unified marketing engine across multiple ventures, driving platform adoption, growth, brand positioning and government-facing communications.

This is a strategic leadership role with executive visibility.

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategy and OKRs
• Drive user acquisition, engagement and platform adoption
• Own brand architecture and positioning
• Lead performance marketing across digital channels
• Oversee SEO, SEM, CRM and funnel optimisation
• Manage PR, media and government-aligned communications
• Manage agencies, vendors and marketing budgets
• Deliver performance dashboards and executive reporting

• 8+ years marketing experience, ideally within real estate, Prop Tech, government or regulated sectors
• Proven leadership experience running a marketing function
• Strong digital and performance marketing background
• Experience with analytics tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio
• Experience managing agencies and multi-channel campaigns
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience in UAE market strongly preferred

This role is based in Abu Dhabi, Yas Mall.

Full relocation is required for candidates not currently based in Abu Dhabi.

This is a five-day, in-office leadership role.
