Key Responsibilities- Community Management & Engagement:
Build, manage, and scale active communities across platforms such as Twitter/X, Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, forums, and brand‑owned community hubs. Foster healthyoweit discussions қуруй, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and maintain a positive and respectful environment. - Content Creation & Communication:
Develop and curate engaging digital content—text posts, articles, images, and videos—that aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives while sustaining a consistent brand voice across all channels. - Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns via email, social media, SEO/SEM, and other relevant channels. - Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to measure ROI and KPIs, then provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations. - Cross‑functional
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support, sales) to ensure cohesive messaging and sells community‑feedback to product and strategy teams. - Market Research:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience needs to inform content creation and uncover new growth opportunities. - Events & Programs:
Organize and manage virtual events, contests, and ambassador programs to boost interaction and empower Cadillac advocates.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
Proven experience (typically 2‑5+ years) in social media management, online community management, or digital marketing. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Hub Spot, Figma or Canva for design. Basic knowledge of SEO, HTML/CSS, and web analytics is a plus. - Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and user‑friendly content. - Analytical Mindset:
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, coupled with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making. - Soft Skills:
Creativity, empathy, attention to detail, strong organizational and project‑management capabilities, and an ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
