Marketing Support & Community Engagement Assistant (Emiratisation role) – Abu Dhabi, UAE

RSK Middle East is looking нос sophisticated and detail-oriented assistant to support marketing, communications, and community engagement activities across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq.

< liaison, including outreach activities and relationship management
• Coordinate and undertake Arabic–English and English–Arabic translation for marketing, communications, and engagement materials
• Support internal and external marketing and communication activities, including content preparation, design and distribution
• Assist with the preparation of information and materials for tender submissions, working with the tender and marketing teams
• Support the development and updating of marketing materials, presentations, and collateral
• Provide event support, including planning, logistics, setup, attendance, and on-site coordination
• Attend and support career fairs, community events, and outreach activities
• Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and monitoring
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing and community engagement team

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, public relations or related field.
• Additional training or coursework in digital marketing, social media, or community engagement is a plus.
• Up to three years’ relevant work experience in marketing, communications, or community engagement.
• Basic experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
• Experience in event coordination, content creation, or social media management is desirable.
• Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
