Digital Marketing Manager - UAE Nationals Only Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for strategizing, executing, and managing integrated digital marketing campaigns that promote Finance House Group’s products and services. This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening the company’s online presence, driving qualified traffic, generating leads, and improving customer acquisition and retention through data‑driven digital initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of marketing technologies, digital channels, and user behavior, with a strong focus on ROI and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Campaign Management
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and execute full‑funnel marketing campaigns across multiple channels: SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media, email, and mobile.
  • Execute quarterly marketing campaigns and align them with product launches, promotions, and seasonal activities.
  • Drive end‑to‑end campaign execution from concept to analysis, focusing on conversion and engagement metrics.
Digital Presence & Content Optimization
  • Oversee the management and growth of all social media platforms (Linked In, Facebook, You Tube, Twitter, etc.).
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful content that supports brand messaging and campaign goals.
  • Improve landing page performance and conversion paths based on user behavior and A/B testing insights.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, customer journeys, and web traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
  • Use data insights to recommend optimizations and allocate budgets effectively to high‑performing channels.
  • Establish KPIs for all digital activities and provide regular reporting on campaign results, spend, and ROI.
Customer Experience & Engagement
  • Apply customer insights, segmentation, and behavior data to personalize marketing efforts and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage customer acquisition funnels with a focus on lead quality, lifetime value, and retention.
  • Develop and implement digital retention programs to increase repeat engagement and brand loyalty.
Cross‑functional Collaboration & Governance
  • Work closely with product, IT, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure campaign consistency, technical feasibility, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead agency partners and vendors in the execution of digital strategies and ensure alignment with internal brand and performance standards.
  • Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and marketing performance reviews.
Digital Marketing Expertise
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Hands‑on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In, Twitter) and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience optimizing user journeys, customer funnels, and landing pages.
Data & Analytics
  • Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization platforms.
  • Skilled in A/B and multivariate testing for continuous performance optimization.
  • Strong Excel skills for marketing data modeling and campaign reporting.
  • Exposure to Mar Tech tools (CRM, CMS, Marketing Automation) and digital analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of conversion metrics: CPA, CTR, CLV, ROI, and other digital KPIs.
Soft Skills
  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and business acumen.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong project management skills.

Qualifications
  • Education
    :
