Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across retail and travel retail channels.
- Plan and execute 360° campaigns, including in-store activations, digital initiatives, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
- Drive brand awareness and market expansion initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency and strong positioning across all touchpoints.
- Lead social media strategy across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, etc.).
- Oversee content planning, creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.
- Track performance using analytics and digital measurement tools.
- Optimize campaigns with SEO/SEM, paid social, and performance marketing strategies.
- Design and execute marketing initiatives tailored for retail stores and travel retail environments.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to drive footfall, conversions, and customer loyalty.
- Manage in-store branding, POS materials, and retail promotions.
- Lead collaborations, influencer tie-ups, co-marketing initiatives, and brand partnerships.
- Plan and execute events, pop-ups, exhibitions, and activations to boost visibility.
- Work with PR and media partners to amplify brand presence.
- Lead brand storytelling aligned with organizational vision and values.
- Craft and review marketing copy for campaigns, digital platforms, and promotional materials.
- Ensure messaging resonates with diverse target audiences across verticals.
- Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and internal creative teams.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with senior management on marketing planning and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics and reporting tools.
- Prepare regular insights and performance reports.
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data, trends, and market feedback.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, FMCG, travel retail, or consumer-focused sectors.
- Proven track record in planning and executing impactful campaigns, activations, and digital strategies.
- Experience in UAE or GCC markets preferred.
- Dubai-based.
- Expertise in social media marketing and analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and digital measurement tools.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Experience managing brand partnerships, collaborations, and events.
- Proficiency with tools such as Hub Spot, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms.
- Excellent project management, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
