Support the planning and management of the implementation of all marketing plans, digital channels, and brand management in collaboration with relevant marketing and creative agencies, in line with defined objectives, standards, brand and marketing guidelines.
Responsibilities- Support the Head of Department in developing the marketing strategy.
- Lead the development of strategy and the successful execution of best-in-class digital design, content production, and data management, with a strong focus on analytics and customer experience.
- Design and implement a social media strategy aligned with the strategic objectives of the Human Resources Management Department.
- Develop and manage the website end-to-end.
- Monitor and review current benchmarking trends and audience preferences.
- Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (such as original text, images, videos, and news).
- Collaborate with the wider departmental team to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage the website agency to ensure a high level of service.
- Plan and execute new features to enhance brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
- Stay up to date with current technologies, trends, and web design tools and applications.

- Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Marketing, Media, Communication, or an equivalent field
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing and communications roles or other relevant experience in the same field.
- Full proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High ability to complete work in a timely manner.
