Social Media Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our social media strategy, develop and implement paid marketing campaigns, and lead generation through market research.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
• Attend educational conferences
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

In addition to social media management, the successful candidate will also be responsible for:

• Leading generation through market research
• Continuous cold calling of prospective corporate clients
• Arranging sales meetings with prospective corporate clients
• Identifying service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
