Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing & Events to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This position is exclusively for UAE Nationals. As the Head of Marketing & Events , you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and overseeing high-profile events that align with our organization's goals and enhance our brand presence in the UAE market.

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Lead and manage a team of marketing and events professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of major corporate events and marketing campaigns
• Manage marketing and events budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and media outlets
• Drive digital marketing initiatives and integrate emerging technologies into marketing efforts
• Ensure all marketing and event activities comply with UAE regulations and cultural sensitivities
• Report on marketing and event performance metrics to senior leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
  Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in marketing and events management, with a proven track record of success
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Proficiency in developing and managing marketing budgets
• Expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and project management
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic
• In-depth understanding of the UAE market, culture, and business practices
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns and high-profile events
• Strong network within the UAE business community
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision making
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• UAE National status is required for this position

This role is based in Abu Dhabi.
