Marketing Manager (B2B) – Offset8 Capital

Offset8 is an emissions investment and management group headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We finance nature‑based solutions and carbon market infrastructure in Africa and Southeast Asia and seek to unlock financing for natural capital as a global decarbonization partner for corporates and a local steward for nature and communities.

We are expanding our marketing and communications team and are looking for a Full‑Time Marketing Manager to join Offset8 in a hybrid or remote capacity. This role will build and execute content, digital presence, and brand positioning in global carbon markets.

• Own and manage Offset8’s content calendar across Linked In, the website, newsletters, and long‑form content.
• Create high‑quality marketing materials including thought leadership articles, client case studies, and press releases.
• Execute digital campaigns targeting prospective clients, partners, and investors.
• Coordinate branding, design, and visual identity across Offset8’s media and communications.
• Manage Linked In and other social media channels to build audience engagement and market visibility.
• Monitor and analyze key marketing performance indicators (website traffic, lead conversion, campaign results) to inform continuous improvement.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or content creation (experience in climate, finance, or sustainability sectors preferred).
• Strong writing, copy‑editing, and storytelling skills with attention to visual identity.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and digital performance tracking tools.
• Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable improvements.
• Self‑starter comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
