We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media strategy for our upcoming fashion show. This individual will be responsible for building brand awareness, engaging our target audience, and driving attendance through innovative and effective social media campaigns.

• Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media marketing plan to promote our fashion show, including content calendars and campaign objectives.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, blog posts) that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
• Advertising Management: Design and execute targeted ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok, determining optimal timing and audience segments for maximum impact.
• Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with our audience across various social media platforms, fostering a vibrant online community.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports to assess campaign effectiveness, providing insights for future strategies.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our campaigns are innovative and effective.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the event planning team, designers, and influencers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the fashion or events industry.
• Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and attendance.
• Experience running paid advertising campaigns on major platforms, with knowledge of targeting strategies and analytics.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
