Job DescriptionBG Global is recruiting for a reputed industrial organization with a strong legacy in recycling and a growing presence in corrugated packaging production in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are hiring an experienced Bobst 160 Operator with strong expertise in flat die cutting operations within a high-volume box plant.
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain Bobst Flat Die machines efficiently
- Ensure quality compliance during die cutting operations
- Lead and supervise machine crew to achieve production targets
- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime
- Implement autonomous and preventive maintenance practices
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
- Work with pre-feeders, palletizers, and automatic strapping systems when required
- 5+ years of experience operating Bobst Flat Die machines or similar
- Strong technical knowledge of flat die preparation and troubleshooting
- Proven leadership experience managing machine operators/helpers
- Understanding of autonomous and preventive maintenance processes
- Computer literacy; experience with shopfloor ERP systems is an advantage
- Diploma in Engineering, Printing Technology, or related field
