Job DescriptionBG Global is recruiting for a reputed industrial organization with a strong legacy in recycling and a growing presence in corrugated packaging production in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are looking for an experienced EMBA 170 Operator with strong flexographic printing expertise in a busy box plant environment.
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain EMBA printing machines
- Manage flexographic printing processes ensuring quality standards
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot printing equipment
- Implement preventive and autonomous maintenance practices
- Coordinate with pre-feeders, palletizers, and strapping machines
- Ensure production targets and quality compliance are met
- 5+ years of experience operating EMBA printing machines or similar
- Strong understanding of flexo printing and rotary die cutting
- Hands‑on troubleshooting and machine adjustment skills
- ERP system exposure is an added advantage
- Diploma in Engineering, Printing Technology, or related field
