Factory Manager

My clients are seeking a Factory Manager to join their Abu Dhabi based organisation, operating within high-security and regulated manufacturing industry.

• Leading end-to-end factory operations, ensuring production plans align with demand and capacity
• Overseeing production planning, order management, procurement, and fulfilment
• Managing daily shop-floor activities, resolving bottlenecks and driving efficiency
• Ensuring strict adherence to quality, security, safety, and regulatory standards
• Supervising inventory, logistics, and material flow across the facility
• Driving LEAN manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
• Using ERP systems (ideally SAP) to track performance, report KPIs, and support decision-making
• Acting as a visible leader on site, coaching teams and leading by example

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing factory or plant operations
• Background in security printing, regulated manufacturing, packaging, or other high-compliance environments
• Strong exposure to production planning, quality, procurement, and logistics
• Proven experience implementing LEAN / continuous improvement initiatives
• Comfortable working in a controlled, audit-driven environment
• ERP experience required (SAP strongly preferred)
