Overview

BE/ B-Tech in Mechanica/ Electrical / Industrial /Production/Mechatronics Engineering
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing
Experience in Converting lines (coating, laminating, calendaring, slitting, winding)- Roll-to-roll manufacturing. Nonwoven textiles and fabrics
Plastic Film processing,Paper lamination,polymer extrusion, or textile manufacturing
Should ne ready to attend duties Day shift and Night Shift.
Immediate available candidates are preferred, Manufacturing / shop-floor environment, Willingness to learn hands-on.

Responsibilities

Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance productivity and reduce waste, utilizing data analysis tools and methodologies.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure product specifications are met, providing insights on manufacturability and suggesting design modifications where necessary.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) that ensure consistent quality and adherence to safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.

Monitor production metrics and generate reports to track performance against KPIs, using statistical tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule equipment repairs and upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.

Conduct training sessions for production staff on new processes and technologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.

Participate in cross-functional meetings to align production goals with overall business objectives, ensuring that all departments are working towards a common vision.

Evaluate and select appropriate manufacturing technologies and tools to enhance production capabilities and drive innovation within the team.

Assist in budgeting and cost analysis for production projects, ensuring that all initiatives align with financial targets and contribute to the company’s profitability.
