Job Brief: Agile Consultants is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor for a leading stainless steel manufacturing company in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensure quality standards, and support the team in delivering high-quality stainless steel products.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines.
- Oversee fabrication processes for stainless steel equipment and furniture.
- Ensure proper execution of stainless steel polishing and welding procedures.
- Monitor quality standards throughout the production process.
- Lead, motivate, and train production staff to achieve performance targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Identify areas for process improvement and support continuous development initiatives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in stainless steel fabrication (equipment/furniture).
- Strong knowledge of stainless steel polishing, welding techniques, and quality standards.
- A graduate of any engineering or technical course.
- Proactive, with excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
