- Operate and monitor semi-automatic production lines for polymeric composite materials
- Handle lamination and extraction machines as per standard operating procedures
- Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and routine checks
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards
- Follow safety guidelines, housekeeping norms, and shift discipline
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
- Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Knowledge of polymer, composite, or related industries is an advantage
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as per regulations
- Immediate joiners preferred.
