About the job Cheese Production In-Charge

We are looking to hire Cheese Production Manager for our client's private office in Abu Dhabi.

Cheese Production Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the entire cheese production process. This role requires a strong understanding of dairy processing, cheese-making techniques, and quality control measures.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Supervise and lead the cheese production team, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
  • Planned, organize, and manage daily production schedules to meet production targets.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.
  • Maintain high-quality standards throughout the cheese-making process, from milk intake to packaging.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to identify and rectify deviations or defects.
  • Ensure adherence to company, industry, and regulatory quality standards.
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products.
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely procurement and stock availability.
  • Monitor and control waste to minimize production losses.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace accidents and hazards.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in food production/ Technology

Minimum years of experience

  • 5+ years of similar experience

Skills and Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of cheese-making techniques, dairy equipment, and quality control processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP standards.
