Production Manager Joinery, delivery of joinery products.

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet project deadlines and production targets.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of joinery products.
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure quality control standards are met and maintain high levels of product quality.
• Manage and train production staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their duties effectively.
• Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workshop.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.
• Prepare and submit production reports to senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the joinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of joinery production processes and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting production targets and deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
