We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our plant facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant operations, maintenance, and safety procedures. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as they will be responsible for managing a team of plant operators and technicians.

• Oversee the daily operations of the plant, ensuring all processes are running efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor and maintain plant equipment, troubleshoot any issues, and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all plant operations.
• Manage a team of plant operators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and analyze plant production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on plant operations, including production, maintenance, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, and promote a safe working environment for all plant employees.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in the energy or utilities industry.
• Strong knowledge of plant equipment, processes, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing and developing a team.
• Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
