We are seeking a skilled painter to perform tasks including painting walls, wooden surfaces, steel structures, and other materials. The role requires preparing surfaces, applying paint and finish using brushes, rollers, and sprayers, ensuring high‑quality results, handling touch‑ups, mixing colors, and maintaining tools and materials. Attention to detail, safety compliance, and the ability to work efficiently in both interior and exterior environments are essential.

Flexibility to assist with other tasks as needed is required.

• Surface Preparation:
  Clean, sand, and prime surfaces before painting to ensure smooth and even coverage.
• Painting & Finishing:
  Apply paint, varnish, and finishes to walls, wooden surfaces, steel structures, and other materials using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Color Matching:
  Mix paints to achieve the required color and finish, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Touch‑ups & Maintenance:
  Perform touch‑ups and maintenance on painted surfaces, addressing chips, scratches, and wear.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow all safety protocols, including PPE use and safe handling of chemicals and tools.
• Tool & Material Management:
  Maintain tools, equipment, and paint inventory; clean and store them properly after use.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect finished areas for defects or imperfections.
• Additional Tasks:
  Support other teams as needed, including material shifting, cleaning tasks, and other maintenance duties.

• Proven experience as a painter, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Ability to work with a variety of materials including wood, steel, and drywall.
• Strong attention to detail and high standard of finish.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and proper handling of tools and chemicals.
• Flexible and adaptable to assist with other maintenance tasks as needed.
