We are currently seeking applications for multiple positions for Experience Coordinators and to join our team in Abu Dhabi. These positions are ideal for passionate self-starters with an optimistic outlook, exceptional organizational skills, and a talent for thriving in dynamic team environments.

Responsibilities
  • Must have a comprehensive understanding of luxury lifestyle/hospitality, luxury brands and vendors, and international UHNW clientele and travel markets to anticipate their needs, ensuring seamless travel, and lifestyle management.
  • Must be able to confirm complex hotel bookings, book private estates, manage group visits, create travel itineraries, source luxury items, manage VIP/luxury services, and provide complete lifestyle management.
  • Effectively liaise with management teams at luxury hotels, resorts, and service providers globally to deliver personalized client experiences.
  • Professionally communicate with clients and vendors to schedule meetings, document preferences, and manage expectations.
  • Work closely with Experience/Operations Managers to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requests.
  • Maintain and update the client database with lifestyle preferences and service histories.
  • Efficiently handle multiple projects, ensuring timely and precise execution under high-pressure environments.
  • Develop detailed client proposals and presentations, ensuring they reflect client preferences and requests.
Qualifications
  • Mandatory

    Experience:

    2–3 years in a similar role, luxury lifestyle/hospitality industry, or project management. Candidates with a travel background will be prioritized.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of luxury lifestyle, global travel markets, and UHNW client needs.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong judgment, ethical decision-making, and proactive problem-resolution skills.
  • Organization: Outstanding multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work unsupervised, maintain composure under pressure, manage requests across multiple time-zones, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism: Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate a polished, professional demeanor at all times.
