Strategy Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to lead and coordinate strategic planning across our Facilities Management (FM) portfolio. This role will drive long-term planning, identify growth opportunities, and ensure alignment with organizational goals, cost optimization, and sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of FM best practices and government regulations.

• Develop and refine the 3–5 year FM strategy and roadmap, balancing cost optimization with service quality and sustainability.
• Analyze market trends, benchmarks, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with FM operations, finance, sustainability, and leadership teams to prioritize strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with overall corporate strategy.
• Lead strategic projects (e.g. outsourcing/in sourcing decisions, smart building initiatives, ESG compliance plans) and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Develop performance dashboards and KPIs to monitor strategy execution, using CAFM/IWMS data where appropriate.
• Prepare business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support investment decisions, including ROI calculations for energy conservation and asset lifecycle projects.
• Ensure compliance with IFMA, ISO 41001, RICS standards, and local government regulations in all strategy proposals.
