Unity is expanding its Skills Development Programs (SDP) across the Middle East , and we’re hiring a Program Delivery Manager (Contract) based in Abu Dhabi to lead delivery and regional execution.
As part of Unity’s Customer Success organisation, the SDP team designs and delivers strategic upskilling programs that develop local talent, support economic diversification, and grow sustainable digital ecosystems. These programs are delivered in close partnership with government entities, academic institutions, and industry, aligning Unity’s real-time 3D tools and training with national transformation and workforce development agendas.
This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape Unity’s long‑term impact in the Middle East, supporting national skills strategies and empowering the next generation of creators, developers, and technologists.
What you'll be doing- Lead the delivery and operational execution of Skills Development Programs across the Middle East.
- Act as the regional owner for program delivery, coordinating with Unity’s global teams across Customer Success, Education, Sales, and Product.
- Partner closely with government stakeholders, public‑sector entities, universities, and industry partners to deliver high‑impact training initiatives.
- Localise global program frameworks to meet regional priorities, cultural context, and language requirements.
- Oversee program governance, timelines, risks, and reporting, ensuring high‑quality delivery against agreed KPIs.
- Proven experience delivering large‑scale training, education, or workforce development programs, ideally in partnership with government or public‑sector organisations.
- Strong program delivery and operations capabilities, including stakeholder coordination, execution, and reporting.
- Experience working in the Middle East, with an understanding of public‑sector, education, or national skilling initiatives.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments, balancing local needs with global program goal.
- Experience with real‑time 3D, gaming, simulation, digital twins, or interactive media.
- Familiarity with government‑funded education, employment, or digital transformation programs in the UAE or wider GCC.
- Experience scaling programs across multiple institutions, regions, or cultural contexts.
- Knowledge of Unity products or similar digital creation platforms.
