• Lead end-to-end project management for heavy steel fabrication and construction projects, including tanks, pressure vessels, piping systems, and structural steelwork.

• Develop comprehensive project execution plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Oversee fabrication workflows, site installations, and commissioning activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.

• Drive continuous improvement in project processes, methodologies, and performance metrics.

• Build, lead, and mentor cross‑functional project teams including engineers, fabricators, construction supervisors, QA/QC personnel, and subcontractors.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders — ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence across all project phases.

• Manage project budgets, cost controls, and financial performance — ensuring profitability and adherence to contractual obligations.

• Review and negotiate project variations, change orders, and claims with clients and vendors.

• Monitor cash flow, invoicing, and payment cycles to maintain healthy project financials.

• Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and HSE regulations.

• Implement robust QA/QC protocols across fabrication and construction activities.

• Champion a zero‑harm safety culture on all sites and facilities under your supervision.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

• Identify potential risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

• Conduct regular progress reviews and reporting to senior management and clients.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, (Master's degree or PMP certification is a strong plus)
10+ years of progressive project management experience in heavy steel fabrication, oil & gas construction, or EPC environments
Proven track record managing large‑scale projects involving tanks, pressure vessels, piping systems, and structural steel
Experience working with ASME, API, ASTM, and other international fabrication and construction codes
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding standards, NDT, hydrotesting, and site installation methodologies

Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and business acumen
Exceptional leadership and people management skills — able to inspire and develop high‑performing teams
Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management capabilities
Proficient in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office Suite)
Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
