Job Responsibilities- Manage and oversee unclaimed, abandoned, and lost funds, ensuring proper custody and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Supervise fund transfers, documentation, database management, and regulatory follow-up in accordance with approved policies and legal requirements.
- Develop, update, and implement policies and procedures governing the management of such funds.
- Establish and monitor process workflows, procedural documentation, templates, and internal control mechanisms to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate Section staff, delegate responsibilities, and ensure adherence to approved standards and internal regulations.
- Prepare periodic reports, support continuous improvement initiatives, and oversee projects aimed at enhancing operational performance and compliance.
