• Manage client engagements day-to-day, monitor progress and deliverables, establish standardized processes, anticipate and identify risks, escalate issues as appropriate, and drive performance-improvement solutions.
• Supervise high-performing teams, coach junior members, and foster a positive learning culture.
• Ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines and maintain strong internal and external relationships to deliver high-quality services.
• Combine strong technical skills with practical commercial, legislative, and industry knowledge to lead a team in providing tax services and meet clients’ compliance and reporting needs.

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or related fields.
• MBA, master’s or related advanced degree and/or professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, developments, etc., ideally within a large professional services environment; strong background in tax accounting and tax auditing.
• Proven managerial, organizational, and project-management experience.

• Excellent communication and detail-oriented with a strong track record of management experience; comfortable working across borders with diverse teams and large data sets.

• Motivated problem-solver who can prioritize shifting workloads in a dynamic industry; effective communicator and collaborative team player aiming to develop within a dynamic organization.
