Strategy & Programs Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives, cross‑functional alignment, and external partnerships. In this critical role, you will shape Nabat’s strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, and foster impactful collaborations. This role combines strategic thinking, operational rigor, and partnership building to advance Nabat’s mission.

• Strategic Planning:
  Lead the development and execution of Nabat’s strategic plan, aligning initiatives with company goals and industry trends.
• Cross‑functional alignment:
  Act as a Principal‑level consultant, leading company‑level programs, committees, and OKRs, providing expert guidance and recommendations to optimize performance.
• External Partnerships:
  Lead and manage complex external partnerships, collaborating closely with the Product team and other internal stakeholders to identify, negotiate, and execute strategic alliances that drive growth and innovation.
• Collaborative problem‑solving:
  Work effectively across departments, building consensus and driving alignment to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Executive Engagement & reporting:
  Engage with senior leadership to provide strategic updates, recommendations, and insights on strategic programs and functions’ performance.
• Operational excellence:
  Lead and implement tools, processes and governance to foster strategic alignment and operational efficiency

• 8+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, or a related field in the technology industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans and initiatives.
• Deep expertise in project management, with the ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in partnership development and management, with a demonstrated ability to negotiate and execute strategic alliances.
• Strong leadership, with a passion for developing and empowering cross‑functional colleagues
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
