A fast-growing real estate company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales and Operations to lead its expanding business. This newly created leadership role is pivotal in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and team development across the organization.

About the Role

As Head of Sales and Operations
, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, optimizing operational performance, and leading high-impact sales initiatives. This position requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in the UAE real estate market, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction across sales and operational functions.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
  • Oversee sales strategies, project development, marketing, and operational activities.
  • Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and track operational KPIs.
  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales and operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • 10‑15 years of proven experience in senior leadership roles within real estate or property development (UAE experience preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth and operational excellence.
Required Skills
  • Extensive experience in real estate sales and operations within the UAE market, particularly Abu Dhabi
