A leading aviation firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Post Holder for Flight Operations to oversee regulatory compliance and safety management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high service standards, managing flight crews, and leading safety improvement strategies. Ideal candidates should possess a University Degree and have at least 15 years of aviation operations experience, along with being Captain-qualified on the firm's aircraft.
